Granular clouds and grain-rate texture.
MOSAIC :// step-sequenced multi-fx
Sequence effects across time.
Mosaic turns a step grid into a playable effect instrument. Sequence grains, filters, saturation and resonance per step, and static audio becomes evolving rhythmic movement.

Live demo
A grid you can play.
Sequence Mosaic's modules across sixteen steps and hit play — the browser loops a real beat and applies your effects in real time as the playhead sweeps.
Tap cells to sequence Mosaic's modules across the grid, then press Play — the effects process a looping beat as the playhead sweeps. Seeded with a starter pattern.
How it works
Effects, sequenced like notes.
Each lane is an effect; each column is a moment in the bar. Program a cell and that effect engages on that step, so processing follows the rhythm of the music instead of sitting static across the whole signal.
Per-step modulation shapes each parameter as it moves — an LFO wobble, an envelope swell, a drawn curve — so a single pattern breathes and evolves rather than simply switching on and off.
Modules
A rack of effect lanes.
Rhythmic gate and sieve-style filtering.
Spectral processing and frequency shaping.
Modulation effects — motion and movement.
Multipolar saturation and harmonic drive.
Capture and re-trigger short loops.
Pitch and prism-style frequency splitting.
Transient warping and time gesture.
Time-stretch and elastic playback.
Interlace lanes into evolving weaves.
